Announcing the Tastes & Grapes Tour!

June 1st - 30th

Your chance to try out many of our local restaurants and help local charities, all at the same time.

Many local eateries are part of  our Tastes & Grapes Tour of the Town.  For the month of JUNE, participating locations will design a special “Tastes & Grapes” menu to entice you --  featuring “tastes” – Small appetizers/tapas, and “grapes” – beverages of any variety, with special menu prices per plate . Each stop will be on our unique app, with the special menu, address, phone number and website listed, alongside dining options: indoor, outdoor, carryout, online ordering.  Download the EVENTZEE app and use code TandGTour2021 and you are all set.

Patrons will visit stops of their choosing, and order as many samples as they want, they will rate them and submit pictures to win prizes in food photography, most tastes sampled, most stops visited, as well as some participation prizes. Participating locations will be eligible for awards such as Best “tastes”, “grape”, food presentation and so on.

On July 1st, we will have a random drawing for 3 gift cards from our participating restaurants chosen from all participants.

About our charities...

MITCH BRICKS

Mitch Bricks is a program that was started by Mitch Villavaso in 2017 while he was in the fourth grade.  Mitch and his friends visit local homeless shelters in the Baltimore area to play Legos with the child residents. He originally thought that raising money would be the best way to serve his friends at area homeless shelters, but he quickly realized that donating his time is just as valuable; especially since the child residents don’t have many entertainment options at the shelters.

As Legos can be expensive, many of Mitch’s friends at the shelters have never even played Legos. Mitch has always loved Legos, and he wanted to share one of his favorite things with kids who didn’t have access to them.  The child residents get very excited for Mitch’s visits.  The Legos are fun, but having a friend who cares is the most special gift.         www.mitchbricks.com
